This is the last day of my three day giveaway. This time the book is calledArson. This is a return to science fiction and involves other planets and aliens. The expansion into space has caused a return to colonialism.

Perry Wolfe is a member of an elite team that fights fires in space. During a huge space liner fire, he receives a minor wound, but it is career ending. Rendered uninsurable, he can never be a firefighter again.

Perry enters the ATF firefighting school and gets shipped to a small moon called Quantico Two. His training facility is in the city of Glynco. He uncovers clues that link his sister’s murder to a string of arsons, but the FBI doesn’t welcome interference.

Perry can’t let go of being a firefighter. Maybe there is something else he needs in Glynco.

Tuesday, all day, my paranormal adventure, Panama, will be free. I have a theory some people are waiting for this one. It’s been pulling in some wonderful reviews.

Panama is the story of two former military men. The President knows they have unusual skills, and brings them together to investigate a mystery at the construction site of The Panama Canal.

This is a self serious story of the paranormal. It involves an international construction crew, and the magic represented is international in scope as well. A demon is spiriting construction workers away and turning them into an invading army. They are (barely) under the control of a Spanish Carlist rebel with designs on re-establishing Spain’s lost colonies.

Listen to what the reviewers are saying:

“The story takes several surreal twists and turns as it navigates its way through the unlikely pair?s adventures. It?s clear they don?t have a clue…

Just a reminder that the Google Plus live interview with Sally Ember Ed.D will be tomorrow from 10:00 to 11:00 AM EST. Here are all the details:

Welcome to Episode 14 of *CHANGES* G+ HOA with author, John W. Howell, who writes thrillers. Join host, Sally Ember, Ed.D., LIVE, conversing with John on Wednesday, December 3, 10 – 11 AM Eastern Time USA, https://plus.google.com/u/0/events/c73le14imljt9q0vn1do99re6fg or catch our conversation any time on YouTube: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fZRG5j5fHuo

It should be a good exchange since this is the first time Sally has interviewed a thriller author. I think that’s okay because this will be the first time I’ve been interviewed by a doctor who hasn’t billed Medicare. Should be a good time for all who attend. If you can’t make it you can visit YouTube anytime after.
