About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

    1. Art is a reminder of beauty. The soul needs beauty.
    2. I love the Art of . . . books (like Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse -The Art of the Movie) that discuss the art design of movies, because I find art to be very soothing. This might be because my parents used to read picture books to me at bedtime.
    3. Artists are very sensitive. That’s why they are skilled at depicting the human condition. But some great gifts come at a cost.
