(This one is pretty simple. It was a short poem about the four moons of Windemere. They debuted in Legends of Windemere. I still have to stop and consider the season whenever I write night scenes. With each one being a different color, I need to make sure the color and visibility is right.)
Bloody Vir brings summer blaze
Before the wind of amber Ult
Who is driven off by Tavon’s ice
Until emerald Canst frees the land
Then Vir reclaims his throne
Legends of Windemere

One of my duologies had multiple moons. It’s a fun way to show that we really aren’t on Earth any more.

Lovely poem.
I have 2 moons on my world of Vimar. I spent an age working out their times of rising and setting, and their phases. They have different orbits and are different sizes. Then I lost the book I worked it all out in! ☹️ I don’t think any readers would worry too much, though, unless they are astronomers and could be bothered to work it all out with their better knowledge.

I tried to make a highly detailed lunar schedule with my 4 moons. Gave up and had each one be connected to a season with occasional overlap.

Much easier. I now make it up as needed. The moon’s don’t play a big part, so I think I can get away with it. 🙏
