Can’t Please Everyone

Dr. Seuss

You write what you want
Because you are what you write
Others will do what will

Start your story off slow
Or start it off fast
The pace is yours to grow

Follow the trends if you so wish
Or go off on your own
And create a new niche

People will love it
People will hate it
So it is as it is

If one could please everyone
Then we’d all be the same
Sadly we’re not, which is not really a shame

(This rhyming scheme is brought to you by ‘Accident’.)

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.
