I’m realizing that I don’t really do much. I write and I take care of my son. I read occasionally when there’s too much noise to focus on writing or I’m a little drained. I watch a few tv shows like Big Bang Theory, Lost Girl, Elementary, and Shameless. Yet, I don’t really do much else.
I used to play video games, but I’m still working with a PS2 and a Gamecube. I’ve had little interest getting new games because I never have time to play the large scale RPGS and action games that I love. I’m also blocked from my button-mashing God of War games due to wandering toddler syndrome. I have been considering making any run through Metroid Prime once I finish my editing, but again I feel like I should be doing something else.
I used to do fencing, watch a lot of movies, watch a lot of television, watch anime, collect comics, wander the internet for random topics, and several other things. To be fair, I didn’t get much writing done when I had all of these other hobbies. So, I wonder if this is the trade off for the time being. I get a lot of writing done, but most days I can’t think of anything else to talk about.

I don’t do much either. I talk to you lol

A fellow Lost Girl fan! I just found The Secret Circle on Netflix this week and highly recommend it as well.

I don’t have Netflix. I’ve been enjoying SyFy and OnDemand. This reminds me that I still need to watch Black Swan because Ksenia Solo is in it. Not a big handler of psychological thrillers, but I have a bed to hide under if I watch at home.

I wish I was as organized as you! If I could stick to doing nothing but writing and blogging all week, I might actually get something accomplished! I’m usually luck to get in two or three chapters a week and a wee little bit of editing!

I still do 2-3 chapters a week when I’m writing. That’s the best I can do without duct taping the family to chairs.

Hey…you know: that is a good idea…

Writing and editing certainly counts as doing something as is taking care of the toddler. Just these alone are full-time jobs. I would say that just the things you mentioned are enough to fill the day. 🙂

Yeah, but I don’t think they give me much to talk about at times. I feel like I’m both busy and bored.
