Monday Post with a Memorial Day Message

First, thank you to everyone who sent well-wishes for my grandmother.  She’s doing better and back home.  Hopefully we can go through the week without another scare.

Second, thank you to everyone who reblogged my post about Bestiary of Blatherhorn Vale and bought a copy.  It will be interesting to see what happens with this book as time goes on.

Finally, I wanted to say something about Memorial Day.  I’m not good at speeches or heartfelt posts about stuff like this.  So, I figured I’d rely on a haiku:

Today we honor
Those who fought until the end
Today is their day

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.
