The price issue from last night has received a response. Apparently, their system thought my book was priced at .99 cents on another venue. Not sure where that could be, but they now say it isn’t there anymore. It will return to 2.99 within the next few business days and they apologize for the confusion.
Basically, I’ve been the victim of another Amazon Oops. Seriously, I think they’re out to drive me insane by this point.

Thanks. I’m guessing it won’t be changed until next week because of the holiday. Amazon does a business day schedule, so weekends don’t count.

Not sure they do. From what I can tell, the system that checks for lower prices of my book elsewhere is automated. So, a computer did this (Sean Cooke was right) and a human has to fix it. They don’t know what site set off the program either.

I wish, but I think I get 70% of the .99 cents. Halfway to a pack of gum with that. Things might ease up when I make the poetry book and give KDP Select a real test run.

I’m hoping for Memorial Day if my wife can make the cover art over the weekend. Going to do a simple .99 cent eBook and put it into KDP Select. I might do a paperback later in the week, but I haven’t had much in the way of paperback sales.
