Fit as a Fiddle . . . Dropped off the Empire State Building

Okay.  I’m not that bad.  I didn’t get scolded about my weight because I already proved that I’m working on it.  I passed every test, but I’m waiting on the blood tests, which always have some issues.  I’m guessing cholesterol again.  I gave out two business cards to the office staff.  My stomach issues are probably stress-induced since they started a day after I became a published author.

On that final note, today is the day that Legends of Windemere: Beginning of a Hero no longer counts as a Hot New Release.  So, I’m not on those lists any more and have to pray that being on the other lists keeps me viable.  I’m not going to lie.  I’m terrified of falling off those lists because I don’t know if that’s what is keeping the sales going.  The not knowing what I did right has me stressed.  True, it’s only been a little over a month and I’m a handful away from 1,500 eBook sales.  True, most authors having a cooling period between books.  That still doesn’t seem to make this any easier for some reason.

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

Don’t give up! You’re still doing great! And even though you’re not on the lists anymore, the word is out: your book is awesome!
