Cuddle Wuddle

(This poem was done during my ‘depressed’ phrase after someone challenged me to write something that was happy, strange, and childish.  I think it’s still creepy.)

I wish I had

A Cuddle Wuddle

Not a big one

I want a small one

One with fur

As blue as sky

It would have three tails

For shooing flies

And four wings

Of golden feathers

Two eyes front

One eye back

So it could see behind

I also can’t forget

Its lollipop hair

That is my Cuddle Wuddle

I want it real bad

So who wants to buy it

Before I get mad

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

    • Thanks. I think you’re the first one to say cute instead of creepy. Honestly, I’m starting to wonder if this would be a premise to a horror movie instead of a kid’s toy. Like a murderous Care Bear on acid.
