Tired of pepper and salt
I peruse the book
Dreaming of oregano
Maybe a little thyme
Cilantro ribbons
Hidden in the salad
Aside a breast of beast
Flavored with paprika
A stew of cumin
And its brother coriander
Maybe a dash of cinammon
Fresh bay leaves
Begging to be crush
Merged with garlic
And his wife ginger
The spice rack
Is my chemistry set
Let us see what I may find

O, now I am even hungrier! π
(now where did I leave that pizza…) π

If it isn’t in the fridge then it’s in your stomach. Only two places a pizza can possibly be.

Hmmm, yeah. Except my foster son was here tonight… I think I know where it is now…

That actually sounded a bit sexy too:) Maybe it was the structure. A spice orgy.

Oh my husband will love this. He is the spice master of my life and spoils me with good cooking. But yes, I too am hungry now!!!

Not sure if I should be proud or apologetic about making people hungry.

Seriously though, great poem. I kind of want to print it and hang it in my kitchen.

That makes me smile. I’m glad it ranks a spot on a kitchen wall. The poem makes me wish I did more cooking around here.

Yep tell me what to do and I will laugh. Then ask me nicely and I will giggle. Then beg and I will comply.

Please, Queen of WordPress, will you aide me in my quest to hype my book. All I ask is that you post the information that I send you when I gather it together. Morning of July 31st is the time of the event. Again, I beseech you, your majestic highness. (Too much?)
