What Keeps Nyx Going?

Keeping the Prodigy of Rainbow Tower theme going, I’m doing the fun list of what Nyx needs to motivate her.  Let’s see what she lists:

  1. Magic.
  2. Relaxing with a mug of ale.
  3. Finding new ways to punish guys that pinch her on the butt.
  4. Winning bar fights.
  5. Learning about her birth parents.
  6. Finding real friends.
  7. Making a family.
  8. Meeting magical creatures.
  9. Defeating the coming darkness.
  10. Chocolate.
  11. Griffin riding under the stars.
  12. Watching Luke get seasick.

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

    • She is at most points. It’s funny that I started her as a cold badass, but she’s shown so much more as the story progressed. She’s becoming the ‘big sister’ of the other heroes, which kind of focuses her rage at times. I’m actually at the point where a love interest shows up and she’s falling into a flirting pattern that she keeps trying to break out of. It’s kind of cute.
