Things are busy and I’m waiting until December to do the new Tuesday stuff. So, here are some funnies on book promos I found on Google. You know, also 3 questions:
- What do you like the most about promoting a book?
- What do you hate about promoting a book?
- What do you think is the most important part of promoting a book? (My answer is having the money to do so.)

I remember the days when it was easy to find book promo sites. They were everywhere and affordable. Then they started vanishing. Surviving ones began getting their ad-space bought up by a single authors who had the money to burn. It seems to always come down to who has the most resources and not who has the best idea.

Anything that works is what I like the most about promoting a book
All the attempts that don’t work is what I hate about promoting a book
The most important paert oof promoting a book is to have enough money to do it consistently.

Good ones.
What do I like most about promoting books? Nothing
What do I like least? Everything.
And for 3, I agree. It’s having the money.

Sad, but true for 3.

I’ve about given up on promo. I used to be pretty good at it, but money is a limiting factor these days.
