So, I’m not much of a coffee drinker. I like the smell and don’t mind the taste if I add some sugar, cream, or ice cream to it. Hot coffee has this habit of making me drowsy though, so I don’t go near it. For all normal people, it’s a beloved drink that they need in the more to start their day. So, this holiday is all for you!

Having some as I type this out.

Nice. I used coffee-scented air freshener. Closest I’ll get today.

I feel the same way about tea – can’t stand it unless it’s loaded with honey and other stuff. But I am a coffee drinker – two cups a day.

I like herbal teas based around fruit, so they tend to be sweet.

I probably hate tea because that’s what I was given to drink the two times I had food poisoning. Nasty connection!

That’s a shame. Though I get it.

I drink coffee in the morning. One cup at breakfast and one mid morning. I usually drink tea mid afternoon.
But since I was diagnosed with hypertension, I drink decaf.
I never really found that the caffeine had much of an effect on me, though. I drink it for the taste.

I always wondered about decaf. It doesn’t have to jolt of energy you get from caffeine. Is it just for the coffee taste?

Yeah. Caffeine doesn’t seem to have much effect on me. I’ve never been kept awake if I drink caffeinated coffee at night, nor do I feel any different if I drink it in the day.
