Today is ‘Read a Book Day’! Didn’t know this holiday existed, but it’s definitely a hobby that people should try out. Let’s not be specific about books too. Sure, you have novels and tomes. You also have manga, short stories, and comic books. As long as you’re reading something, I say it counts. Let’s include audiobooks too since it’s a weekday and people have work or school.
So, what’s your favorite book that you’ve read multiple times? (For me, it’s ‘Ender’s Game’ by Orson Scott Card.)

I have reread The Lord of the Rings trilogy, Sabriel, The Ordinary Princess, Jane Austen’s novels, the Narnia series, The Princess and Curdie, The Wind in the Willows, and many of Terry Pratchett’s books.

That’s awesome. Never read ‘Wind in the Willows’. Just watched the animated movie a lot.

The Wind in the Willows is one of my favorite books. 😄 I discovered it as an adult. I would have loved for it to have been read to me when I was a child.

Is the animated movie even close?

I have read Kurt Vonnegut’s Jailbird twice. It is the only book that I have read again. Loved the memes. Thanks.

What made it the only double read?

The story is about the Watergate break in and I found it hilarious. The protagonist was a minor player with an office in the basement of the White House. He goes to Jail. In the end he becomes the chairman of Ramjack Corporation. Ramjack is the holding company for almost every company on the planet. It was very entertaining.

I’m glad I read a good book yesterday! Of course I’ve re-read (aloud) many, and personally re-read The Poet’s Dog more than twice. Best 88 pages of literature.
