Want to be a Guest in October?

Going to be out for the door, so I’m going to make this short and to the point.

Even though I have Raven’s Wrath going on throughout October and the War of Nytefall interviews on the 5 Mondays, I want to open the blog to others.  So, I’d like to offer up Wednesdays and maybe a few Fridays to guests.  The post doesn’t even have to be horror or Halloween-related.  It’ll be a first come, first serve and I could run it into November if I get enough.

One thing I won’t be able to do here is an interactive interview due to time constraints, so I apologize.  Still, you can send me a promo for something or write on a topic that you wish to get a conversation going about.  The point here is:

October/November Guest Bloggers Are Welcomed!

Let me know in the comments and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

  1. Sure Charles. I would love to do this. Just let me know the date and I will write up a post and send it to you.

I’d like to give this a go.

  3. Darlene says:

Thanks, Charles. I would love be a guest perhaps near the middle of October. I ‘ll send you something soon.

I would love to be a guest as well–I’ll send you a post and you can schedule it whenever you need to. 🙂

  5. Looks like you’re getting a good response. I might be up for something in late October. I bought into one of those Halloween promos, and it might make a good lead in. I’d be focused on The Hat. It’s the newest one that might fit an October theme.

  6. I’m thinking of doing something in the fun vein. Let me know if you have some open time.

  8. Hi Charles, I have been dabbling in supernatural horror with my latest WIP and have turned up a number of ghost stories in the process. Let me know if you are interested in a post about the White Ship (Titanic of the medieval ages) with a short extract from my WIP. My email is robertawrites@outlook.com

Hi Charles, How can I resist? What a wonderful opportunity. I loved the video – such exuberance and fun!. I’m an eclectic writer: have published own memoir and someone else’s, true adventure, two factual books, a novel based on a true story, numerous short stories in various anthologies and lots of poetry, including two slim volumes of same. I’m addicted to writing and have a wordpress page https://joylennick.wordpress.com I particularly like humour. Am working on a novel at present: “The Highs and Lows of Leticia Dombrowski”. Would you kindly let me know the length of your requirements, and what you are partial to. I don’t kiss feet but can send chocolate!
Many thanks. Sincerely, Joy Lennick (I guess it might be November/December, if at all?….)

    • I don’t really have any length requirements. The most important stuff I ask for is that you include your social media links, which more people forget than you would expect. You mention November/December, so is this for something much later or are you interested in October? I can do the other months too because I’m always willing to help a fellow author with spreading the word.

Glad you have a nice group of people to guest post. I don’t have a book to publicize, so I don’t want to take up space from someone who does.

  11. I’m always in the middle of some WIP. I have a sixth in a series of novellas coming out mid to end October. I would love to talk about my Code Raven series and the new release, for 3rd.4th Week in October if you still have space.

    • I do have space near the end of October. Interesting series title. The October horror story that I’ve been doing for the last few years (finale this year) always has Raven in the title, so I’ll have to make a note that there’s no relation.

I don’t know if my comment went through but 3rd or 4th week would be amazing for my newest WIP Silk Road and the Code Raven Series if you have space. Thanks

October is Cancer Awareness Month. I would love to do a guest post the latter part of October if you still have slots available. My book is about children coping with the treatments.

  14. I’d love to participate, if you still have space.

Maybe a post about starting new stories in the fall and the seasonal inspirations?

  16. What a lovely invite. Look forward to reading these. 🙂

  17. Is there still room? We’re a mother/daughter duo, writing family-friendly fiction, mostly YA, and happy for the opportunity to get the word out. Thank you for offering this!

  19. I would love to do this. Will email you. Marje. 🙂

  20. Hi, I’d love to guest post for you! I know you said October theme unnecessary, but as a writer of short horror/suspense, and chronic lover of Halloween, I could write ‘til my fingers fall off 😉

  21. Vashti Q says:

Hi Charles! I’d love to be on the first or second week in November. That way I’m sure to have my new book published. 🙂

  22. Would love to Charles – will send you something if that is OK and any time you could slot it in that would be great.
