Here’s the cover for Quest of the Brokenhearted, which will debut on July 2nd. It was made by Sean Harrington and I think it really captures what I was thinking of. There’s a clear homage in here too. No sense beating around the bush, so let’s do the reveal:

About Charles Yallowitz
Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

I’m hoping the timing is good with it being right after school ends. Though it feels like there’s no good time to release a book these days.

I still have faith in the Fall and Winter. Doesn’t stop me from releasing in the Spring though.

I wonder why Spring has gotten so slow. Maybe it’s everyone buying a lot of books during the Winter?

No idea. Hat did good in late Winter. Yak Guy did okay, but I didn’t have funds for much promo. That has to be part of it too.

Great cover! It’s different from any of your covers before, yet it still suggests Legends of Windmere.
If you need another blog, I’ll happily put something on my book review blog, it’s still small, but I’m trying to get it going better.
