Stability found
Then lost without reason
Leaving you confused
Life has ripped the floor from below
Dropping you into a blender
A ride you know too well
The pieces gained
Are ground into dust and pulp
Perhaps to be replaced
But who can really tell
Doom dances in your head
Not helped by words of comfort
How many times do you restart?
Knocked back into the gutter
By the decisions of others
And made to feel you failed
Stability is such a fragile thing
When only a tattered rug
Stands between you and the abyss
Bummer, Charles, whatever you’re going through, sounds really like a bummer 😦

It is. Just really sucks when something happens and it’s simply beyond your control. Really hoping the fallout doesn’t last for very long.

More like when you are in crap you can expect that the outcome will be crappy.

Ouch. Sounds like you’ve hit another rough patch. I’ll keep ’em crossed for you 🙂

Thanks. Still waiting to see what the full extent of damage on what happened is. Should be finding out just how much of my leg is in the bear trap within the hour.

I need to scroll back through your posts to see what I missed!
I could relate to this poem though!

Don’t worry about scrolling back. Nothing on the blog is connected to what caused the poem. Might mention it over the weekend if I have permission.

Me too, Charles. I missed something back in your posts…fallout of what? The poem is frightening! Hope you have the answer by now, and all is as well as can be expected! Chryssa

There aren’t any posts about this. Kind of a sudden event that ‘inspired’ it. We have some answers, but now we have to try and get things moving again.

Sorry to hear about all the bad stuff, Charles. I wish you all the best with resolving whatever it is that has caused the misery. When it’s sudden, it always hits harder. Again, I wish you the best. 😦

Thanks. It’s going to be a while before full recovery happens. Might mention the exact incident in the weekend post, but need permission first.
