One is a boy
The other is a girl
And they are truest friends
Giving insight
Into the others gender
Among the gentle ribbing
Many speak against
He is after her for sex
She is keeping him to tease
All blind
To the friendship that they have
Blissful and protective
In the ‘dreaded’ friend zone

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

  1. Hummmmm I’m glad all are blind to a friendship. Means so much more to the friends.

  2. It just proves men can be friends with women without it being sexual…I knew it…I just knew it. 🙂
