I still feel like overcooked crap that’s been run over by a bus. Sleeping most of the day and the fever comes and goes. Thankfully, it’s not going over 100 degrees this time. Anyway, I thought I’d have some fun with this and show people a few songs I listened to today.

You and TJ are cracking me up! I hope you feel better Charles. Even low grade fevers (and it sounds like yours has left that range) can drain you completely! Take extra vitamin C and zinc and lots of fluids and rest my friend!
They have these great packets in different flavors that you can add to juice or water. It gives you high dose of Vitamin C and tastes pretty good. Zinc is really important too…it helps you heal faster.
Oh good! And that’s a good idea John gave to – use clorox wipe on that keyboard and mouse. Don’t know about your phone – we have an old land line and I wipe that down.

Airbourne works well too. And it has both Vit C and Zinc in it 🙂 It helps the most if you catch it before you get the crud though.
