Editing Interrupted

Yeah.  I was aiming to get one chapter edited per day, but it looks like I’ve been derailed for the next two days.  Have to ship my parents off to Panama tomorrow, which means I get the house to myself during the day for a week.  If history teaches me anything, my son will get sick and sent home for the days they’re gone.  Add in a Thursday handling of insurance and I’m going to be a basket case by Friday.

Somewhere in there, my book might be going live, which will require me to . . . I’m not sure what to do at that point.  I feel like I’d have to do something big with that besides the post that it’s arrived.  Eh, I probably do know, but my brain is fried right now.  That Amazon Review contest idea seems to have merit.

Maybe I’ll have better luck next week or over the bad weather weekend.  Such is the life of a married writer with a kid who lives with his parents . . . that just made my head fall down in shame.  It was like a reflex.  Wow.

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

  1. Hopefully you’ll be able to squeeze a little editing time in there somewhere…. hang in there 😉

It’s just one of those weeks. I’m trying to figure out a way to edit while staying on the computer too, which is requiring a lot of seat jumping. If anything, this weekend is supposed to be really crummy weather, so I can edit while we’re all cooped up in the house.
