Hope everyone can take even a few minutes to read a little today. I’m deciding between ‘Toriko’ on my Kindle app or grabbing one of the other manga. Maybe ‘Love Hina’ since I haven’t read it in years. Just can’t bring it to work due to some of the covers. Enjoy these memes too.
I just finished a book, Charles and am on to another one. I read maybe two books a week, but I’m retired. I hardly had time to read at all when I was working!

I try to read manga while on break. Usually doesn’t work because I have off when talkers do too.

I get a little time with Toriko during my prep and lunch periods. Don’t think I could bring ‘Love Hina’ in due to some of the covers. That may have to be a home read. Same with ‘Great Teacher Onizuka’.

Haha, very wise move! 😅 Love Hina and GTO in the school breakroom would definitely raise a few eyebrows from the administration! Glad you can at least sneak in some Toriko time during lunch.

Many issues are out of print. I have to go ebook on Kindle. I’m still surprised the manga looks good on the phone app. Glad to meet someone who knows the titles too. Love Hina seems to be a forgotten series these days.

Right? Love Hina really was a staple back in the day—it’s wild how easily classic series slip into ‘forgotten’ status! Kindle is definitely a lifesaver for out-of-print titles, and reading full-page spreads on a phone screen is surprisingly crisp once you get used to it.

I’m glad I have the full collection of ‘Love Hina’, so I can read it when I want. You are so right how some classic series simply vanish. Don’t hear much about Tenchi these days either.

I, too, just finished a good book. I even read part of it at work, during slack times. But our groups start tomorrow, so I’m back to evening hours to cool down with a book.
