Way back in 2013, I started posts under this title. Originally, these Haiku were going to be part of a book with pictures, which hid letters for a final Haiku. Played off the Easter Egg idea, but the artist couldn’t continue with the project. I began publishing them by 4’s and then abruptly stopped for some reason. Somebody recently commented on one of them, which makes me think I should finish it. Though I’m doing it in packs of 28 to get the rest out of the way. First 16 are here: 1-4, 5-8, 9-12, and 13-16. (Oh my god, the formatting sucks! I think I know why I quit! Pretty sure a lot of this stuff is dated too.)

You’re welcome. It’s a nice, low key set of posts for the week too. Kind of need one of those.

You can go full steam all the time. I need to concentrate on my next books and let other things slide for a while.

That full steam all the time catches up to you though. I’m thinking the week and a half of the kid being home will be good for me. Not perfect downtime, but it can be relaxing.

I agree. I’m negotiating for some vacation time, so I can get my books ready. Getting to work on stuff I want to work on can be relaxing too.

True. There isn’t the same kind of stress when you’re doing something you love. Hope you get the time off.

The perfect post with E3 upon us this week. Brings back memories of playing at the arcade. 😀

Didn’t even realize that when I scheduled them. I so miss arcades with platform games like Bionic Commando, Rampage, and Turtles in Time. Can’t beat the X-Men Arcade Game too.

Yup! Did you ever play Paperboy? It’s really old.

Yeah, but I wasn’t very good at it. Mostly on the Nintendo instead of the arcade.

“They are the sidekicks/Useful for a fight and plot/Yet some should shut up” OMG, don’t you hate it when your companions bicker while you’re trying to figure out a puzzle?

That does get annoying. This one was probably aimed mostly at Navi from Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. That little fairy does not shut up when you need it to. Listen! Hey! Listen!
