A Secret Project and Not So Secret One: Volunteers?

Superman & Batman

Superman & Batman

The meme has nothing to do with this quick post.  Also, this is going to be a sticky post for a bit.  So if you visit after today, it will be at the top while the newer posts will be just below it.  Believe it or not, I have to mention this or I start getting messages asking if I quit or disappeared or something.

So, I have a secret project that I will be putting into motion around mid-week.  I don’t know exactly how long it will take to come to fruition since it’s the first time I’m doing something like this.  It involves Windemere and will be a test at a new way of doing a blog tour.  At least another option.

The plan is to make a guest post that relates to the project and will help promote the book in question.  So every post will be a new one and I’ll hopefully get a decent spread for a week or two.  To keep this ‘hush hush’, I will send an email to each volunteer and work on a topic.  The actual post won’t get sent until the project is active.  I’ve had a few problems in the past with people posting announcements prior to a book being for sale or my own post going live.  It isn’t too bad for a new release, but this project can’t be blurted early for reasons that will appear within the email.

If this works out then I’ll do something similar for Tribe of the Snow Tiger, which might be out in May.  As usual, I can’t give a solid release date for it.  Though I will start taking volunteers for that.  I might do a mass email about that one later to see if anyone wants a non-standard, guest post in regards to the new book.  That’s down the road though.

So, let me know in the comments if you want to help with the special secret project and I’ll shoot over an email.  Then we can discuss a topic and I’ll send it over with the links and pics.  Hopefully it doesn’t take long to get this thing off the ground.  Thanks.

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.
