The Merchant of Nevra Coil Needs Volunteers!

First, be careful searching for ‘volunteer’ pictures when you have Safe Search off.  Half the stuff was ‘Hunger Games’ and the rest were . . . I’m just glad my son wasn’t in the room because I’m not ready for that talk.

So I’m aiming to release The Merchant of Nevra Coil in August and I’m looking for people to help spread the word.  Final edits are still going on and I don’t have the cover yet, but we all know I get volunteers early.  Also that something always goes wrong, which is why I never state an actual day when I do this.  We’ve all heard this song and dance before, but that brief explanation is for new people.

This time around I’m adding a free period for Beginning of a Hero to the new release’s opening weekend.  So my main focus will be the ‘BOOK IS LIVE!’ post instead of the cover reveal.  The latter might be me and anyone willing to reblog since the two might be very close to each other.  I will say if I get the cover or a great teaser within the next week then I might do a spontaneous reveal.  Hopefully it’s safe to assume all volunteers will be willing to help with that or at least not get annoyed if I email the info.

This is rather long-winded, but I’m not in a position to say the thing will go down on such and such a day.  So feel free to spread the word, volunteer in the comments, and I hope everyone is looking forward to the next book.  Especially since this it highlights this fun character:

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

    • Thanks. It looks like it will only be the one ‘Book is Live’ post, so time won’t be as big an issue. As long as you don’t post it before the book comes out. 😉 Seriously though that wouldn’t happen since I won’t be sending the info until I have an Amazon site for it.

My blog followers are mainly mystery, suspense and romance, but we like a lot of unusual stuff too. I’d be happy to splash your post on my blog for promo if you’d like. Always happy to help our another writer.

Okay, I did the volunteer search thingy but didn’t get the results I expect–meaning, I could have had my family beside me and all I got was images of people raising their hands. Safe search was off. I guess Google likes me!

Good luck with The Merchant of Nevra Coil. I’m sure it will do well, as I know your books have rocked in the past. Big congratulations also for keeping to schedule as laid out in the beginning of the year. Somehow I remember that post and you’re doing an awesome job pulling through. Keep up the great work, Charles!

    • The search really does enjoy tormenting me. Though I used Yahoo, which might be worse.

Thanks for the well wishes. I’m a little nervous because it’s so hard to keep a long series going like this. Every book seems to do a little worse because people read slower or don’t continue.
