Everything!
I have to wake up at 5am to get showered, dressed in a suit, crack the whip on the wife to get ready, and then tangle with the toddler to get him into the car. I have a Bar Mitzvah in Connecticut, which means a 2 to 2.5 hour drive in the morning. Then the long ceremony that could put a crackhead to sleep followed by noshes. After that I come driving back to the homestead and stand in my room figuring out what to do.
So, I won’t be on here until tomorrow night if I’m lucky. Even then it will be to check email, check sales, tweet the book, and handle any comments that appeared here. I will be avoid my reader until Sunday morning/afternoon. Thankfully, I figured out how to schedule publishing, so my poem a day work will stay on target.
Now, I was going to post that declaration of intent idea that I mentioned a few days ago, but I don’t think I want to do that until after the family event. I’d hate to post it and then walk away only to return to more comments and discussions than I can handle upon my return. So that will probably be on Monday, which is also going to be called ‘Survived Another Year of Existence’ Eve. I’m trying to decide on what to post on my birthday because I won’t actually be celebrating until the following weekend. Maybe get a refresher course on the famous people I share a birthday with, but that could be depressing.
Well that’s enough rambling. See you in the afternoon when I do another Character Origin post.

I must admit CT is an awesome state…enjoy it! 🙂

It’s all family and ‘business’, so I’m hoping more to get through it without snoring during the 2.5 hour ceremony. I haven’t been to temple since high school, so I’m going to be very lost.

I’m easily entertained. Give me cake, pizza, and a few friends and I’ll be happy. 🙂
