I Got Into . . . Wait a Second

I’m not sure how many other bloggers pay attention to the global map on the statistics screen.  I’ve been watching it since day 1 out of curiosity and I had hits from every continent, except South America.  That is until today . . . unfortunately, it’s Panama where my parents are vacationing for a week.  So, I don’t think this counts.

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

Thank god I’m not alone! Although the internet most likely won’t reach every corner of the earth, I still dream of colouring that entire map…

It’s a fond dream. I was settling for getting one area on each continent, but South America was just not happening. I guess I could color the entire map if my parents visit every country, but then my wife and I lose my babysitters.

Send the kids with them, problem solved! 😉 (Just thought I’d mention, I’ve been meaning to check out your blog for a good while now and I’ve finally had the chance. Really liking it, keep up the good work! 🙂 )

It’s funny, but my son isn’t much of a distraction. It’s the adults that seem to not pick up on the fact that I need quiet and focus. The toddler even shushes them sometimes when they’re too loud and I’m working. I say this as he climbs into my lap. :/

Thanks for the compliment. I’m actually going to start posting sections of the sequel to Beginning of a Hero on Monday. I figure stopping at Part 25 is a good idea since the cover art is nearly done and the last part makes a great cliff-hanger.

Always the way, once you start complimenting them they take it as a personal mission to prove you wrong! I haven’t had a chance to read that yet but I might be starting it tomorrow or tonight, looks really good!

It is if I do say so myself. 🙂
