That pretty much sums it up. In the hospital because things took a bad turn. No writing. No blogging. No pokemon. Just pain.
Haven’t slept much either due to the setting. Had some surgery yesterday, which alleviated a lot of pain. Downside is that I’m now constantly bleeding until things close up. It’s all a mess.
I’ll try to make a better goal post next week. This can’t last forever, right?

Thanks. I’m trying. Still in ER instead of an admitted room, which sucks. My situation requires often bathroom visits, which aren’t pretty. Every time I hit the communal one, they need to close it down for cleaning. It’s embarrassing.

I can empathize – I spent too many hours in the ER before I finally got an MD to see me. My grandson told me to BE brave!

Yes and no. Just got a room. Bleeding still going and might get worse tomorrow if I need another surgery. No clear idea on how long I’ll be out of work.

Just got a room. Also some decisions. I’m ending 2025 in pain and discomfort no matter what. Probably entering 2026 the same way.

Internal. I’m slowly getting better. Might even go home tomorrow and get helped there if I’ve made enough progress.
