What Do You Wanna Talk About?

George Carlin

Last week, I gave a list of possible replacements for Teaser Tuesday to cover me until it’s time for Quest of the Broken-Hearted promos.  Most people liked the idea of ‘Question 3’ or just one question that I put my thoughts on.  Some suggested that I get topics from blog readers.  Well, that’s what I’m going to do.

So, do you have a question or topic that you would like to see covered on ‘Legends of Windemere’?

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

  1. Is that bit in your bio about the fear of alligators true?

You often mention that many of your characters came from characters from your gaming days. Did you start writing the stories because you stopped gaming? Or was it something you thought of doing even when you were still gaming?

  2. You have the most fabulous backstories and histories for your characters. what compels you to develop these backstories? Do you use all of the history and backstories or are some waiting to be employed?

  3. How about these questions?
What would you change about Windmere if you could start all over again?
Did you ever think about writing an epic sci-fi series?
How did Griffins allow themselves to be ridden?
    Hope these help.

    • I’ll see what I can do. I’ve actually touched on the second one a few times over the years. Have to admit it’s always tough to answer the first one too. ‘Legends of Windemere’ is the foundation for most of my other series, so changing anything about it would have a domino effect. Author regret and rewrites could be a curious topic.
