This week the featured book is Perspective: it’s all about replacing one thought with another by Annette Rochelle Aben.

I would say that it would be a rare person reading this post who has not, at one time or another, felt that life was being particularly difficult or that a situation could not be changed for the better. There are also times when we are not necessarily feeling as kindly towards another as we might!  I remember lying back in a dentist’s chair as he hovered over me with a drill in his hand whilst uttering the words ‘Think nice thoughts!’ It can be tough.
