Good Advice?
So I’m going to do something that I do from time to time, but now I’m making the request while coming to the end of a 24 hour fast. The issue is simple:
I got nearly nothing to post about in November and December.
All I have is a post I cut from September, one on Idiot Heroes, and a week that focuses on Henchmen. The well has run dry and I’m going to ask if anybody has any ideas. Maybe you want to write up a guest post on a topic of your choice. I’m always willing to host another blogger for fun.
I can try to do a bunch of Retro Posts, but I do want to have some fresh stuff. Especially with Teaser Tuesdays getting tougher to do without spoilers or going over the KDP Select limit. Somehow the blog is turning into more work and planning than the books.
So, volunteer a post or idea if you wish to lend a hand. Now I’m going back to staring at a folder full of menus.

I might be able to cobble something together. What would your readers like? Just don’t hit me up for early November. I’ll need some time to recover from pushing Notebook, Wisp, and Macabre Macaroni. I write my blog on the fly, and rarely have a problem. I have to admit I’m a little dry myself for the rest of this week. I’ve never been great at planning months ahead, but I’m getting better at individual projects and planning those ahead.

Late November/early December then? I’m flexible with the schedule. Not sure what my readers would like. My brain isn’t working at full power to think of anything clear.
What about picking one or more of your other interests and talking about how they influence your writing? I’m always amazed at all of the non-writing stuff you blog about.

That’s possible. We could even do a friendly point counterpoint on your blog. Choose a topic, flip a coin about first word and last word, edit until we’re happy, and post it. I’ve never seen anyone else do that before.

There’s a bunch behind the newest one, but I can write a comic post. The trick will be doing it without ranting about what they’ve done to Spider-Man.

That might have to be a post on its own and cunningly put to a specific topic. Maybe growing with characters or can kids relate to heroes who get married.

I’d love to do a guest post for you Charles if early December would be alright with you. It could be about a couple of African mythical creatures maybe. I’ve researched a few of the fables and beliefs. They’re not friendly creatures though, so it wouldn’t be a fluffy and sparkly post. 😀
