Clive Mullis (1958 – and still going) spent his formative years in Hemel Hempstead and moved to Bedfordshire shortly after getting married. After thirty years as a paramedic he developed an emergency worker’s type sense of humour; a little bit black and a little bit off the wall. The consequence of this is that he enjoys writing quirky stories. And gorgeously quirky they are indeed! He is presently writing a second novel about Gornstock and its inhabitants, and I for one can’t wait to get my hands on it.
