Tight Soak

The muscle aches begin
So I drug my gut
And drown it in hot tea
Still the pain ensues
Drastic measures
Needing to calm down
A warm bath
With comedy on my phone

Son of a beyotch!
This tub is terrible
My feet are on the wall
I’m a whale in a puddle
Cannot even move
Forced to soak and stare
Until the pain subsides

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

Hahaha – about the tub. My husband is 6’3″ – tubs are a huge issue with him. When we were courting, he loved the huge claw footed tubs cuz he could really relax. Of course, I did too. These ‘regular’ tubs – as I say – are good for bathing my big toe 😛
I hope you feel better soon :(…I’d suggest lots of brandy:P
