I’m testing to see if I can post a picture from my iPhone. I’m also showing off my cooking skill at making homemade vodka sauce. The first real dish I ever learned and it never fails to satisfy unless a person is being a jerk. I hope to cook some more this week, but I’m not going to bore people with pictures.

My best cooking feat was making this, garlic bread, and taco lasagna at the same time. Birthday party and I offered to cook.

It is the only thing I don’t like about living alone. I love to cook big meals and have a hard time cooking for one. Lots of salads and tacos and taco salads…just don’t have the compulsion to cook for myself. So, I’m in:>)

I think I would still do it and live off leftovers. Could 2-3 big meals on Sunday and use them for lunch and dinner throughout the week. A lot of other things I know are for 2 people anyway.

I’m not a big fan of posting the food I eat, which some Facebook friends do every day. Makes no sense, but I wanted to show off this one and test my iPhone with picture posting. It kept putting the pictures at the bottom for some reason.

cooking with gas… how I envy you… as a former professional cook I will tell you gas make a difference… since I’ve been forced to stop working I’ve been stuck with electric… not nearly the same…

I used electric when I was in Florida. I started learning to cook on electric, so I don’t really notice the difference. Maybe my palette isn’t that refined since I come from a family that eats about anything.
