All tweets and blog posts about my weekend sale have been scheduled. Even the poems are written and prepped. So, you will see activity by me even though I won’t be around. At most, I’ll check my e-mail with the convention’s wi-fi. Mostly to handle blog traffic and see if I have any Prodigy of Rainbow Tower up-dates.
Apparently, there’s going to be other authors there, so I’ll get to make some friends. Now, to see what else I can get done. Once all of this chaos is over, I promise to get back to my character origin posts and regular antics. I haven’t done a character origin in a long time.
Oh and the Prodigy of Rainbow Tower section will post tomorrow morning instead of Friday. How are people enjoying that story so far?

I’m loving the story! 🙂

Prodigy of Rainbow Tower!
And you’ve been putting up bits of the third book, right? I’ve been reading all the chapters you put up, but can’t remember which chapter goes to which book. Either way, I’m loving them all!

I’ve been putting up bits of Prodigy of Rainbow Tower. I won’t put Allure of the Gypsies up until Prodigy is published or hits a good part to pause. Thinking of stopping at the end of Hero’s Gate. 🙂

Okay, well, I’ve really enjoyed reading the bits you’re posting.
Oh, and have I told you that I think the title of the third book is awesome? How do you come up with your titles? I can’t ever think up anything catchy and intriguing.

I usually have a bad title first and then get a new one after I do either the outline or the first few chapters. Mostly, they focus on the main plot or the new character showing up. The original title for Prodigy was ‘The Gauntlet’, which was really bad. I forgot what Allure was originally called. I think it was only called ‘The Gypsy Girl’.

Oh, that’s a good idea.
That being said, do you think “Here with the Wolves” is a good, strong title?

Honestly, it sounds like the main character would be siding with the wolves instead of being against them. So the title could be misleading if the wolves are the bad guys.

Okay, just out of curiosity, what title would you use if this was your book?

Tough call since I don’t know the full story. Maybe ‘Among the Wolves’? That still sounds like they’re on the side of the wolves. ‘Slayers: Those who Stand Against the Wolves’? Really hard to title stuff for other authors.

Well, I’m going to be re-naming it once I finish it, so maybe I’ll run some new titles by you, if you don’t mind! Thanks Charles! 🙂

Thanks. Going to make a post with pictures on Monday and give news on how the free eBook weekend paid off. Got my fingers crossed for both.
