As the video shows, I’m trying to end my weekdays on a high note. Things are looking up.
- Wife has a temp job that could go permanent.
- My son decided to read a story to me and took this morning to pat me on the head while I suffered waking up.
- I finished reading a few books and will finish another today.
- I didn’t get as far as I wanted with the characters for ‘Tales of the Slumberlord’, but I got somewhere.
- Had a few interviews.
- Broke 2,500 eBook sales.
- 95% of the convention gear is finished. All that’s left is the Prodigy of Rainbow Tower teaser display.
- Started to ween myself off my reader. I haven’t touched it too much today because of my headache.
- Made a lot of new friends.
- Did my first guest blog.
- Brought my morning biking up to 12 miles.
- Discovered the meaning of life and traded the memory of it for a bag of peanuts.
Overall, this ‘vacation’ week has been rather productive. I think I’m going to wait until May before I tackle ‘The Compass Key’. Everything is set for Prodigy to debut and get the advertising blitz at the beginning. Going to try for $1.99 starting price. At least now while my courage is high. I think I’ll always be timid of the pricing.

That’s one heck of a productive week, I’d say Charles. Get it.

Thanks. Guess I can get more done when I’m not plugging away at a novel. 🙂

I’m interested in seeing how your final promo materials turn out and hearing how the conference goes!

It’s a small convention, but I’m sure I’ll have fun. Might even run into a few old professors.. I’m playing on make a Monday post of pictures. After the obligatory ‘Prodigy of Rainbow Tower’ post, of course.

Yup. Now I can sleep. Or just sit in a closet with the toddler because that’s where he wants to hang out and eat cookies. No idea where that came from, but my back is killing me from being crammed in there. 🙂

Too funny. At least you won’t fall asleep in the closet!
