Happy 4th of July

To be honest, I almost forgot about this holiday.  It really isn’t any fun during the years I don’t have my son.  Just a Friday with a lot of explosions to me.  Going to post a bunch of old memes from over the years.

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

Someone decided that one a.m. was a good time for fireworks. I could have used Liam Neeson at that moment.

  5. I went to a protest with drums and a bagpipe — my kind of explosions this year.

    • Sounds cool. For a few reasons, I have to be careful about going to protests. Certain individuals can apparently use my presence at one to cause me personal trouble.

      • Don’t tell them? Or wear a mask?

      • It’s summer, so a mask outside would be brutal. The risk also stems from the possibility that the protest could turn and that could result in these other people knowing I was there. Basically, I’m in a position where I have to be very careful with what I do, where I go, and what I say in public. Even this post can cause some friction if certain individuals from it in a specific light.
