Questions 3: How Was Your 2023?

So, I’m using this month to get a few things started and other things finished.  Also, I need some time to formulate more types of Tuesday posts and other topics.  Not to mention the ‘life event’ is still going on and no idea when it will finish.  In other words, I’m going to be doing ‘Questions 3’ for the January Fridays.  Enjoy!

  1. What was the best part of 2023?
  2. What is one part of 2023 that you would change?
  3. Describe 2023 in one word.

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

  2. What was the best part of 2023?
Finishing my series, Minstrels of Skaythe, and publishing it.

What is one part of 2023 that you would change?
This is hard, because 2023 brought me some hard knocks. If I had to choose, it would be that my teacher hadn’t quit and left our program in disarray.

    Describe 2023 in one word.
    OMG. (That’s one word, right?)

  5. My best part of 2023 was the road trip with my daughter. Memories to last a lifetime. The worst part was leaving her in New Hampshire at the end and flying home alone. I had a decent writing year, but that was the high point for me. My one word description is hectic.

  6. The best part of 2023 was seeing Twiggy fully recover from her surgery. The one part of 2023 that I would change is that she got injured in the first place.
