Can you improve your life?

I believe that you can. On the other hand, if you believe that you can not, then you most certainly will be right. I think the first step in improving any aspect of your life is to decide. Make the decision and positive affirmation to yourself that things are better. Your next step after believing that things are better, is don’t be afraid to make mistakes:

Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes. – Mahatma Gandhi

Not being afraid of mistakes will allow you to act. Believing is important, but it is useless without action. You must act. Do something to improve your life. It could be something as simple as turning off the television for an hour and spending time with your family or as life changing as stop smoking. Compliment others. How does that improve your life?
