I think we’re discovering that starting at .99 was more effective than starting at 2.99.

I’m thinking it helps during the slim season too. The Facebook pages did a major boost that I didn’t expect.

I got nothing from any of the promo efforts. I’m beginning to realize there’s no chance at 2.99. Only one sale of Brisgeport since I put it back at 2.99. Very frustrating.

No idea. I think it’s very difficult to be a self published author and sell above .99 if the vast majority of other self-published authors are at .99 or lower. They’re setting the ceiling for the self publishing world.

I’m off the list now. Funny thing is that most of the 99 centers don’t excel too far. I see more 2.99 and up books on the high lists. From this weekend I think there are more people waiting for authors to get desperate and try a free period.
