On a Positive Note

As the title says . . . I’m not sure where I was going with this.  Wait.  The contests that will be finishing up in 3 days.  I’ve made a decision on those.

As it stands I have 3 Goodreads reviews, so that contest will be easy to pick the 4 winners of free Prodigy of Rainbow Tower copies.

I have 12 Amazon Reviews, so the giftcard contest is going to be a mystery until April 1st.  I still have to get the giftcards, but I can do that for the next credit card bill in the middle of next week.  I’ll need to make sure I can contact and send the cards to the winners too.

The issue is going to be for after this month.  I can’t afford to do the giftcard prize again because of that whole job loss issue.  Small snag in the plan of survival.  I won’t be getting my first Amazon check until the end of May (60 days from end of March).  So, I’m going to keep the contests going after March with the prize being a free copy of Prodigy of Rainbow Tower for both review sites.  I’ll make the proper changes to the contest tabs once this month is over to avoid confusion.

I have to admit that I’m more excited about giving away free copies of the sequel than giving away the giftcards.  This probably comes off as a ‘duh’ moment, but I really want to see what the impact of the sequel is going to be on readers.  *evil grin*

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.
