I think I had a plan for today. Could have sworn something was scheduled. Might have been this post I’ve been putting off since February about how the word ‘like’ has been abused and ruined. Seriously, it has no impact whatsoever these days. Doesn’t matter because I deleted that one and probably forgot to replace it. So . . . whelp . . .

Monday is beating me up pretty badly here. I thought I would have gotten more work done to finish editing Book 14 by tomorrow afternoon. I’ve had to fix my laptop’s audio drivers and then the Internet died on me. Tech is not on my side.

I needed the John Cleese quote. I am going through this fear of making a mistake (and thus stifling my creativity). It’s time to play with writing again, instead of worrying that I’ll get rejected.

Writing mistakes can always be fixed when you edit. With reuploading a thing, you can fix mistakes even after publishing. At least if you do eBooks. Not that one should depend on it, but it does help with the confidence to move forward and fight against paranoia.

I can usually point out a good point these days, but college was rough. Especially being a fantasy author. Everyone things they can tell a fantasy story just by using dragons, magic, and wizards. It’s all setting to them.

For what it is worth after reading your stories the last thing I would try is Fantasy. Way too complex for me. You are the best at it and I wouldn’t want to embarrass you with the question , “Well, what do you think of my fantasy story, Charles?”

To be fair, I’m nuts and have been crafting this world for almost 20 years. Longer since I took some of my high school stuff and added it into Windemere at a few points. Fantasy doesn’t have to be that complex. I’m just trying to build a massive world for multiple stories, so I have to go that extra mile.
