Lloyd- Wasn’t the author supposed to write about this?
Cassidy- I guess he felt we should talk . . . identity. Seems he realized during the final edits that the two of us do a little identity seeking throughout the story.
Lloyd- This seems oddly boring with just the two of us.
Cassidy- We could invite Katie, Commodus, or Emily over.
Cassidy- You’re thinking of an ass, but I’m not sure which one.
Lloyd- I infect your mind with the image of your naked ex-bo *gun pressed to mouth* Dis tases ike ister keen!
Cassidy- Getting back to the topic here. I guess through all of the action and comedy, we do find ourselves in a way. Part of my story is honoring my mother who set a pretty high standard for me.
Lloyd- And I’m new to the world. Just an innocent babe cast into a scary world.
Cassidy- Surprisingly, that’s kind of true since you have no idea what’s out there. Even I’m in the dark since I haven’t traveled everywhere. Most of what I know is rumors.
Lloyd- I have to admit that it’s hard to find a purpose beyond survival out here. You have to wonder if that’s enough for an audience. How much change and evolution could we go through in such a harsh world?
Cassidy- Especially since we don’t really care about improving it. Can heroes who aren’t really heroes evolve?
Lloyd- Every human changes due to their circumstances. For us, it might mean becoming darker or dying. I don’t see either of us becoming very nice.
Cassidy- Though I think we do change a bit by the end.
Lloyd- Even more if people like us enough for a sequel. So many adventures that we can have around here. I’d say more but spoilers are punishable by death. At least in my world. You have no idea how many people I’ve had to kill because it took me too long to see ‘Titanic’.
Cassidy- For the last time, everybody knew that the ship would sink! That was an actual historical event!
Lloyd- Of course it all makes sense now. I mean there were a lot of clues at the beginning of the movie, but it could have been a trick.
Cassidy- Shut the fuck up, Lloyd.
