Sunday Consciousness

Well, I woke up to a groggy morning due to a new, friendly head cold.  Nothing I can’t muscle through and I had nothing planned today beyond a walk to get the giftcards for the contest prizes.

Last night Briana Vedsted made a Wikipedia page for me, but it’s gone.  So, thank you for giving me one for even a few hours.  I think everyone should check out her blog because she’s that nice and cool.  Oddly enough, I can still find some of the ridiculous changes that a friend of mine made years ago on a few pages.  Guess I need that renown or infamy that people keep talking about.  I’ll toss that in the goal list.

I’ve thrown off most of the bad review funk even though it wasn’t the review that made me upset.  I have to learn to stop looking into things that make me upset.  I know the internet is full of irrational hate and disgust for present tense writing.  I really need to stop seeking this information out.  I guess part of the problem is that I spent a lot of yesterday at my laptop, but unable to work on anything because of the noise around me.  So, I wondered to the dark recesses of the bowels of the internet.

Off to finish trying to get through my reader.  Happy Easter to all my celebrating friends!  If you’re still celebrating Passover, stay strong my Jewish peeps!  It’s almost over.

About Charles Yallowitz

Charles E. Yallowitz was born, raised, and educated in New York. Then he spent a few years in Florida, realized his fear of alligators, and moved back to the Empire State. When he isn't working hard on his epic fantasy stories, Charles can be found cooking or going on whatever adventure his son has planned for the day. 'Legends of Windemere' is his first series, but it certainly won't be his last.

  1. I hope you feel better soon! My daughter woke up yesterday with the same head cold. We’ll probably be skipping Easter activities today rather than brave another puking episode.

    • The cold has been defeated by blueberry tea and enough honey to attract 3 winnie the pooh bears. The only way I could have done worse is if I found a way to mainline the stuff.
Thanks for trying on the Wikipedia page. Some day, I’ll get there.
